Responsibilities

  • Conduct CLA benefit analysis and provide recommendation based on finding and data analysis to ensure our benefit is competitive with market.
  • Conduct in salary structure analysis as well as salary increment analysis, involve in development of salary structure and salary increment recommendation to BOD to ensure that organization compensation is competitive with market.
  • Conduct managerial benefit analysis to provide recommendation based on actual market price versus adequacy ratio.
  • Provide technical support on any benefit program as assigned by superior such as Medical Benefit Program, Life Insurance Program, Flexible Benefit Program etc. to ensure program implementation is comply with policy & procedure.
  • Identifies and analyse problem as well as recommends solutions to compensation and benefit issues to ensure the smoothness of program implementation.
  • Participate in benefit and salary survey in a timely manner to provide relevant recommendations based on analysis
  • Conduct target market positioning analysis for CAP positioning against peer group data and or surrounding company to inform strategic positioning and enhance competitiveness in the market.
  • Provides assistance and training to lower level staff and or customer, serving as centre of excellence to foster skill development
  • Analyse government regulation changes and make recommendations to the team for appropriate change
  • Support in creating and or improving the policy and procedure to ensure the new or updated policy and procedure in place among the organization
  • Review technical support on FHOP program, contract project and contractual compensation and benefit program and others benefit program to ensure the program align with the policy.
  • Prepare & review salary offering for new hiring, salary proposal for contract renewal and or contract to permanent position and register into RMK system to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Review, analyze, and select new vendor through data dollection and benchmarking to optimize vendor renewal and selection processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Management Human Resources/ Industrial Engineering, Accounting
  • Have minimum 5-7 years in similar job
  • Experiencing in handle Compensation and Benefit, Project Management, Change Management and Performance Management function
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel for analyze data & reporting)
  • Tech savvy & good analytical thinking
  • Have good in English skill both spoken & written
