Job Description

  • Responsible for training and onboarding sellers and partners to the Jubelio platform and ensuring that the process is smooth and successful
  • Maintain relationships with customers and help customers solve technical and non-technical problems
  • Raise and resolve technical issues and ensure that resolve times in the onboarding process remain at their best
  • Perform daily follow-up to customers regarding the onboarding process, and provide the necessary support during and after the onboarding process
  • Organize customer schedules for training
  • Determine and evaluate the effectiveness of the entire training and onboarding process and suggest improvements to the process

Job Requirements

  • Min Education Bachelor/Diploma or equal
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Trainer, Customer Onboarding, or related position, previous experience from e-commerce or SaaS company is a huge advantage
  • Good proficiency in operating Ms. Office (Ms, Word, MS. Excel).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to sustain successful customer relationships.
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
