Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, plan and implement key opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
  3. Facilitate meetings and/or projects, determine audience and tactics appropriate for a particular discussion. Adapt facilitation style in order to engage a variety of group settings.
  4. Evaluate process improvement information, including policy and procedures to identify inefficiencies and coordinate to determine a future state that satisfies the business requirements.
  5. Use appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements
  6. Develop and maintain the value stream mapping/ transformation cycle including CI plans.
  7. Identify new knowledge and opportunities for improvement utilizing national guidelines, measures, and best practices.
  8. Collaborates with management, client groups, and others engaged in improvement initiates to develop methods to monitor and report process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Industry or equivalent
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience
  • Have an experience in Business Process Improvement, such as Lean
  • Have a knowledge of project management process and systems
  • Understands improvement methods (suggestion system, six sigma, etc)
  • Certification yellow/green belt will be an advantage
  • Experience with change management and facilitation
  • Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
  • Good project management skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues
