We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, work on high-impact recruitment assignments, and contribute to the business's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture to deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Leverage various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and direct recruitment to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates for senior and executive-level roles.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and coordinating the offer negotiation process.
  • Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to stay informed of trends, salary benchmarks, and key players in specific sectors, providing insights to both clients and candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet future recruitment needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent for ongoing and upcoming roles.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert consultation to clients and candidates on market conditions, interview preparation, hiring trends, and career opportunities.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor recruitment performance metrics and deliver regular updates to management and clients on the progress of searches and successful placements.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or executive search, with a proven track record of placing senior and executive candidates.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working across multiple industries, including but not limited to FMCG, healthcare, technology, and financial services, is a plus.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong client management skills with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both client and candidate expectations.
  • Self-Starter & Team Player: Highly motivated, goal-oriented professional capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools and databases.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
