Responsibilities:
- Develop, synthesize & implement operations strategic plan to achieve company target.
- Lead operations management to maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Establish and ensure operational implementation and compliance with processes and procedures.
- Implement and optimize scalable processes to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Be the face of the company for external partners, government entities, and industry stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in Telecom or logistics, or retail sectors
- Proven track record of scaling operations and delivering business impact, ideally in a tech-driven or green energy environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing large teams and cross-functional projects.
- Experience working in dynamic environments, with a focus on continuous process improvements and innovation.
