· You can effectively analyse candidates’ strengths and weaknesses to make strong hiring decisions

· You have a minimum of 2 years in academics or recruitment preferably with EF Kids and Teens

· Your English proficiency is C1 or higher

This opportunity

As a member of the Teacher Recruitment and Training team, you will play a major role in supporting the recruitment of international teachers for EF Kids and Teens centers across Indonesia. During interviews, you will analyse candidates’ strengths and weaknesses and make strong hiring decisions. You will also build trusting relationships with recruitment managers in the centers and provide support until the successful arrival of teachers. You will plan and support teacher engagement events and other projects related to employee welfare.
