Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
  • Provide guidance and support on employee issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
  • Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program – Policy, Procedure and Process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min 2-3 years of HR experience in a business partner role and FMCG Industry
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
  • Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
  • Able to working independently and has leadership skills
