  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas
  • Min 4 years of experience in a Corporate Law Firm
  • Experience in Capital Market transaction
  • Experienced in assisting in the registration process of Registration Statements to the OJK (both for shares and bonds).
  • Excellent contract drafting skill
  • Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability
  • Dynamic, has good logical and analytical thinking, and a good attitude
  • Strong in leadership
  • Able to work individually and as a team
