Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
2. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
4. Help organize and coordinate business development projects and initiatives.
5. Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
6. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
7. Compile and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
8. Prepare materials and resources required for events and presentations.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational or international setting (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
