Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the non-content scenario operation and plan for retail enabler sellers, taking accountability for key GMV metrics of products across recommendations, search, and channel placements.
2. Campaign and Promotion Management: Coordinate with the marketing team and actively join in flash sales, campaigns etc
3. Optimize product funnels, including product pool entry for search/recommendation, sales rate, and hero product growth. Continuously iterate on potential and trending product assortments to better suit non-content placements.
4. Utilize product analysis, user research, industry trend reports, and market hotspots to understand market demands and trends, benchmark competitor products, and drive business growth by exploring new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand growth, retail management, or consignment partnerships.
- Strong understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or digital retail environments.
- Familiarity with consignment models, P&L management, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Excel
