We are currently seeking a Principal Sales Representative - UOP to join our UOP team in our Jakarta, Indonesia office. Reporting to the Sales Director, your focus will be in the refining, Petrochemical, Gas processing, and Renewable Fuel industries
As a Principal Sales Manager here at Honeywell UOP, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in the refining, petrochemical, gas processing, and Renewable Fuel industries. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering firms, contractors, and end-users. By leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge, you will position Honeywell UOP as the preferred provider of process technologies, equipment, and services.
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell UOP by:
Driving sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a higher degree.
- 10 -15 years of experience in sales or business development in the refining, petrochemical, gas processing, or Renewable Fuel industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of process technologies and equipment used in the industry.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new project opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with engineering firms, contractors, and end-users.
- Being completely self-motivated
- An ability to influence diverse groups
- An ability to exercise independent judgment
- (Global / multi-regional) experience
