Business Analyst Specialist

MMS Group Indonesia (MMSGI) is a sustainable energy Unicorn company with three main business pillars: MMS Resources, MMS Land, and MMS Solution, with locations spread across Indonesia. One of the portfolios of MMS Group is PT. Multi Harapan Utama, a company holding a PKP2B license in East Kalimantan, which is under MMS Resources.

We looking for experienced Business Analyst Specialist person that can grow and bring the company's goal together.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and analysis/benchmarking to related to the groups relevant industries
• Identify market trends, sizing, growth and their attractiveness for various relevant industries across the globe
• Identify business process improvement and growth, prepare detailed business plans including cost benefit analysis based on financial model
• Perform data collection from internal and external, clean and process the data to derive insights and recommendations
• Liaise with internal team within the Group to collect required data and align to accomplish assigned projects
• Support the implementation of strategic projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting research, preparing project plans, and monitoring project timelines and milestones.
• Clearly communicate complex ideas and analytical findings through presentations, reports, and data visualizations
• Any other tasks pertaining to corporate strategy functions as requested by the Company

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or equivalent
• Prior experience and knowledge in mining, energy and industrials companies or consulting is a huge plus
• Prior experience in strategy or transaction including financial modelling, creation of teaser, info memo and transaction documents are preferred
• Basic to intermediate understanding of corporate finance, management concepts, research is required
• The ability to create compelling presentations and reports is essential
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Exceptional structured and first principle thinking
