Job Functions
- Managing multiple new product development projects for PHG to achieve targeted product readiness.
- Managing multiple existing product projects for PHG.
- Managing project management activities for new product development in coordination with various functions, such as: R&D, QC, QA, HRA and Production in order to achieve timely completion of projects.
- Responsible in regular monthly coordination meetings: NPCM (New product coordination meeting), including organizing and scheduling, up to minutes distribution.
- Conducting patent search and mapping to minimize risks of NPD process.
- Monitoring progress of product/project planning, align with Portfolio Management Team.
- Monitoring existing product issues.
- Supporting Marketing team in managing product launch process.
- Work closely with Medical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Commercial and another related team as team strategies through the Project Team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy (Pharmacist).
- Understand of Business Process in New Product Development.
- Computer Literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to conduct Project Management.
- Experienced candidates 1-2 years as Supervisor/Associate level.
- Good communication, interpersonal skill, including excellence in written and oral communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good analytical skill and creative thinking.
- Capable of doing multitasking job within targeted timeline.
- Able to adapt to the Company Culture and Work Ethics.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across a matrix organization.
