Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the bank’s mission and Syariah banking principles, focusing on sustainable growth and market expansion.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the bank’s operations to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the highest level of service to clients.

Key Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Executive Experience: Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles within the banking or financial sector, with at least 5 years in Syariah banking.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Syariah banking principles, regulations, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive organizational transformation.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the bank's mission and goals.
Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
