Job Description

  • Supporting the QA/QC Supervisor in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
  • Assisting in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Providing guidance and training to QA/QC staff on quality control processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Assisting in the development of quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
  • Helping to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations on quality assurance activities
