- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, sampling methods, and inspection protocols.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product requirements.
- Proficient in using quality control software and data analysis tools.

- Providing guidance and training to QA/QC staff on quality control processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Assisting in the development of quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
- Helping to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations on quality assurance activities
