- Responsible for providing assistances on eventual projects and/or cases (i.e, land acquisition, MandA, Loan Agreements, Internal Legal Audit, etc.). - Accountable and responsible for drafting appropriate Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Contract/ Agreement or any other legal instruments required by the Company in conducting its business activities. - Responsible for compliance to the prevailing Laws and Regulations, determining the best course of action that are comprehensive and reliable. - Responsible for providing legal protection and risk management relating to contractual transactions, implementation of GCG, provide awareness to other internal parties on legal implication in a contractual transaction and, compliance with all statutory an -Responsible for assisting and accompanying Company employees to attend summons by the authorities based on instruction from superiors as well as assisting superior on certain eventual legal cases and/or projects. - Responsible for reviewing and providing legal advice on tender documents. -Responsible for preparing Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) according to the company regulation. - Responsible for assisting superiors in compiling relevant data and/or information and preliminary analysis on "case position" in a litigation process. - Accountable and responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising and modifying contracts as well as contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities and ensure compliance with all statutory or legal requirements for Customers (intern -Responsible for formulating compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly. - Accountable and responsible for providing and interpreting legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal re quirements. - Accountable and responsible for providing internal legal memorandums and/or opinions to minimize risk and ensure that legal risks have been identified and appropriate courses of action have been taken. - Responsible for performing effective legal advisory and guidance (in writing or verbally) to minimize risk and ensure that all parties within the Company shall be aware of legal risks and to implement best GCG. - Responsible for continuously collecting and compiling relevant regulations as legal basis for business activities. -Responsible for performing and administrate legal corporate correspondences according to the needs and objectives to be achieved. - Responsible for preparing proper corporate documentation (i.e, Power of Attorney, Resolutions of the Board of Directors and Commissioners, etc.) according to the policy and procedure.
