As a Technology Support Lead in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Technology, under the Payments Technology team, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

As a Technology Support Lead in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Technology, under the Payments Technology team, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
- Work as a face-off between APAC business stakeholders (Sales, Product, Operations and Client services) and technology teams
- Collaborate with Production Management teams across APAC branches and global Program Management Leads on Stability initiatives, stakeholder management.
- Execute policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability
- Monitor production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools
- Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of proven technology experience managing complex client demand, driving technology solutions and meeting business and client expectations in an Application Support role
- Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Experience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Possess technical skillsets such as Unix / Linux technologies, Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, Oracle / SQL, Cassandra, monitoring tools (ITRS Geneos/ Grafana/ Datadog/ Dynatrace) and messaging frameworks (Kafka, MQ)
- Native level written and verbal communication in Bahasa as the successful candidate will be managing external / internal stakeholders in the local market.
- Possess good working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Possess practical experience with public cloud, with AWS Certification as a plus
- Experience working in banking and payment domain: High and low value payment, SWIFT, Real time payment, collection, cheque clearing, tax payment, partner bank system
- Collaborate with the ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies
- Possess the ability to multi-task, handling complex requirements and is adaptable
- Experience in Program management is preferred
- Flexibility to commit to weekend work where required
