Your Contribution- Develop and Maintain Positive Supplier Relationships: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication to ensure alignment with business needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction Through Timely Deliveries: Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that orders reach customers on schedule and meeting quality standards to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Uphold and Protect Brand Image and Reliability: Play a key role in preserving our brand’s reputation by adhering to quality standards and ensuring a dependable supply chain that reflects our brand values.
- Promote and Implement Best Practices in Supply Chain Management: Encourage the adoption of industry-leading processes and protocols to streamline operations, minimize disruptions, and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
- Analyze and Optimize Shipping and Delivery Processes: Examine logistics data to uncover trends, identify areas for cost reduction, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement in shipping and delivery operations.
- Monitor and Manage Inventory Levels: Track inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, anticipate demand changes, and mitigate potential stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate Shipping and Logistics Operations: Oversee logistics activities, including coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective transportation and delivery.
- Ensure Accurate and Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain precise and organized documentation for all inventory and shipping processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare Detailed Reports on Supply Chain Performance: Generate, analyze, and present reports that assess performance metrics, enabling data-driven insights to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required to ensure foundational knowledge and competencies.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in supply chain roles, with a proven track record of handling responsibilities in logistics, inventory management, or procurement.
- Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and make well-informed decisions based on available information to meet business objectives.
- ERP Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Jubelio and Accurate, to manage inventory, analyze data, and support daily operations efficiently.
- Negotiation Skills with Suppliers and Distributors: Ability to negotiate effectively, build lasting relationships, and achieve favorable terms with suppliers and distributors.
- Leadership and Training Abilities: Confidence in leading initiatives and training team members, promoting collaboration, and supporting professional growth within the supply chain team.
