- Identify operational bottlenecks that impact customer services, profitability, and business growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technology start-up, retail or FMCG operations.
- Must-have: operations project management experience with high transaction volume. Plus points: experienced owning transaction processes with complex nature and physical inventories.
- Strong compliance focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive problem-solver.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and systems evaluation.
