Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and hire qualified service workers through manpower planning and communicate them to hiring partners
- Manage onboarding processes, including training schedules, background checks, and certifications.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for security staff, handling concerns, grievances, and performance management.
- Foster a positive working environment to ensure employee retention and satisfaction.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including certifications, training, and shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards for security personnel and service workers, including licenses and background checks.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate ongoing training programs to enhance the skills of the security team.
- Manage certifications and ensure all security personnel are compliant with industry regulations.
HR Operations:
- Manage payroll, shifts, attendance, and leave requests for security staff.
- Support HR functions such as policy development, benefits administration, and employee performance reviews.
- Mobile field visit to assure the service quality of the workers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on security personnel preferred.
- Familiarity with fast paced recruitment processes, especially in high-turnover roles like service workers.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and security industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
