(Multifinance) Finance & Accounting Manager

In addition to Taiwan, Chailease also operates in the US, Mainland China, and throughout Southeast Asia. Chailease Finance entered the Indonesian market in 2021 and is currently focusing on used car financing.

Job Description:

• Assist with annual audit preparations.
• Prepare and comply with external financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement reports to OJK and BI (KPPK report).
• Assist with managing funding and utilization necessities based on priority.
• Maintain and monitor data related to funding, including exchange rates and interest rates.
• Assist with FX hedging arrangements and execution.
• Maintain and build solid relationships with local and foreign banks.
• Prepare derivative reports and submit them to HQ by the 10th of the following month.
• Enhance core systems and procedures in line with internal controls.
• Manage and support junior staff as required.
• Review the operations of the Financial and Accounting department.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to support the Finance and Accounting department.

Requirements:

• An English resume is necessary.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager in the multifinance or financing industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; fluency in Mandarin Chinese will be a plus.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and principles.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other financial softwares.
