They are looking for passionate, growth-minded individuals to make a real impact and is currently seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planner to join the team.

The Supply Chain Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring product availability, managing inventory, and optimizing their supply chain for maximum efficiency. This individual will work directly with the CFO and cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, and operations to maintain a balance between demand and supply, ensuring that the products are always available where and when they are needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to forecast demand for the growing products.
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Regularly review and adjust forecasts based on real-time sales data, promotional activities, and market changes.

Supply Planning:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely production and delivery of products.
  • Manage inventory levels and safety stock, ensuring optimal stock availability across channels.
  • Develop and maintain supply plans, accounting for lead times, seasonality, and product launches.

Inventory Management:

  • Track inventory levels and support replenishment activities to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the supply chain.
  • Work with the warehouse team to streamline inventory management practices, improve accuracy, and reduce costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing on product launches and promotions to align demand and supply.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on key accounts’ needs and expectations.
  • Communicate any supply chain issues to stakeholders and provide actionable solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop reports and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and improve supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply and demand planning, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the mom & baby or personal care industry is a plus
