Job Description
- Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of the company’s HRMS system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
- Ensure HRMS is compliant with all applicable regulations (e.g., data privacy laws, labor regulations) and industry standards.
- Analyze the current functionality of the HRMS and recommend modifications to enhance system performance, employee experience, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement new modules, system upgrades, and patches while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
- Lead and ensure user acceptance testing is completed successfully before rollouts.
- Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving HRMS-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate data entry, maintenance, and management of employee records within the HRMS.
- Develop and manage HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to align HRMS capabilities with business requirements.
- Lead HR technology projects from inception to implementation, including needs assessment, project planning, and change management.
