The Distribution Centre Regulatory & Quality Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing all regulatory and quality compliance activities within the distribution center. This role ensures that operations meet applicable legal, safety, and quality standards, and implements best practices to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Good Distribution Practice (CDOB) regulations at both national and local levels
  2. Maintain product quality throughout the distribution chain
  3. Provide effective reporting and communication to management.
  4. Manage the Halal Product Assurance System within logistics.
  5. Coordinate with Responsible Pharmacists at various branches to ensure all distribution processes comply with applicable regulatory standards.
  6. Manage risk, evaluate quality, and oversee regulations in the distribution field.
  7. Handle preparations and management for audits by Principals and Regulators.\
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements related to compliance and quality.
  9. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address compliance gaps.

Qualifications:

  1. Pharmacist with at least 5 years experience as a supervisor or 2 years as a manager in roles related to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and managing aspects of Good Distribution Practice (CDOB), particularly involving compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and CDOB certification
  2. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to distribution centers.
  3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Environment:

  1. Dynamic distribution center environment.
  2. May require occasional travel for audits, training, and meetings.
