Position Overview

As our Presentation and Pitch Deck Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex ideas and data into visually cohesive, brand-aligned presentations. The candidate will be responsible for working with documents in English and converting the text into compelling visual presentations. The designer should also be skilled in creating consulting-style slides, following formats and standards used by firms such as McKinsey and Oliver Wyman. You’ll support a wide range of initiatives and projects, including executive presentations, pitch decks, and sales presentations for high-level stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Presentation Design and Production
  • Design high-impact, error-free PowerPoint presentations that are on-brand and effectively communicate complex ideas with clarity and visual appeal.
  • Develop visually engaging graphics, charts, and infographics that translate complex data into easily understandable visuals for internal and external audiences.
  1. Brand Consistency and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all client-facing materials and presentations adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and implement revisions based on feedback to optimize clarity, alignment with brand standards, and overall visual appeal.
  1. Storytelling and Pitch Deck Development
  • Apply storytelling techniques to create presentations that resonate with audiences, showcasing the brand’s story, values, and strategic goals.
  • Use art direction to bring content to life through engaging visuals, charts, and graphics that captivate and communicate effectively.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with various teams, including business development, to transform raw data and narratives into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
  • Engage in flexible and effective collaboration, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  1. Adaptation to Trends and Innovation
  • Stay updated with the latest PowerPoint design trends, implementing them to enhance presentation effectiveness and visual appeal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing merchandise design focused presentations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Keynote; familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a focus on creating visually persuasive, data-driven presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • English communication skills to collaborate with the team; fluency in English is not required, but comprehension is essential.
