The Health Platform Education Associate is a pivotal role dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively use our health platform. This role blends educational expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, focusing on creating training programs that enhance platform usability and improve patient care outcomes.

As a Health Platform Education Associate, you will be responsible for developing engaging learning materials, from user manuals to interactive e-learning modules, and delivering hands-on training sessions tailored to various user groups within the healthcare setting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT and clinical support, to keep educational content current with platform updates and aligned with industry standards.

This position requires a proactive approach to user support—gathering feedback, refining content, and troubleshooting to ensure users feel confident and capable. By tracking training effectiveness and integrating best practices in healthcare data privacy, this role contributes directly to a streamlined, impactful user experience on our platform, ultimately fostering a safer, more efficient patient care environment.

Skills & Qualification Required

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a closely related field with passion and experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with digital health systems such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records), Open EHR, ERP systems (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics), or hospital IT platforms.
  • Training and Curriculum Development: Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering educational content for healthcare platforms. Skilled in tailoring content for diverse learning styles to enhance knowledge retention.
  • Digital Literacy and Learning Technologies: Proficient with digital education tools (LMS, e-learning software, content management systems) to deliver and manage online and blended learning experiences.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of healthcare operations, medical terminology, and health platform functionalities. Experience with patient care workflows and data privacy compliance is highly desirable.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and engaging manner for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Analytical Skills: Able to assess educational needs, interpret feedback data, and make evidence-based adjustments to curriculum and training programs to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments such as IT, Clinical Support, and Human Resources to ensure seamless integration of educational resources.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Quick to adapt to new technologies and healthcare policies. Demonstrates resourcefulness in resolving challenges within fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environments.

Position Description

  • Curriculum Design and Development: Develop and implement educational materials and training modules, including instructional videos, user manuals, and e-learning courses tailored to a healthcare setting. Ensure content aligns with the platform’s objectives and addresses diverse user needs.
  • Training Delivery: Provides clinical systems training tailored to meet the learning needs of healthcare system end-users, focusing on making complex technical subjects understandable.
  • Implementation Support: Assists with system implementation for clients, addressing daily operational challenges.
  • Business Process Adaptation: Requires familiarity with healthcare business processes to align training effectively with organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Supports digital health strategy efforts, working with the CIO, Manager of Digital Health, and other stakeholders.
  • Curriculum Development: Develops training content and evaluates the effectiveness of electronic health information systems training.
  • Educational Engagement: Engages with educational partners to create curriculum that aligns with national health strategies, focusing on digital health literacy.
