  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible of the overall sales process for luxury tailor made travel in Indonesia, communicating with agents from around the globe to design exceptional bespoke itineraries and deliver impeccable experiences

JOB DESCRIPTION (including, but not limited to)

  • Respond to all inquiries from travel agents and tour operators on a daily basis in a timely manner
  • Complete the proposal or booking using booking system Travel Studio
  • Collaborate where required with internal departments and suppliers to create competitive tailor-made itinerary proposals
  • Ensure accuracy in all details in proposals and quotations
  • Complete all quotation and booking processes following the standard operational procedures
  • Manage booking payments as per the company booking terms and conditions
  • Liaise with finance department for all payments and invoices to suppliers and agents.
  • Manage dispatch and accuracy of travel documents including eDocs
  • Support Operations Team and Tour Guides when needed
  • Join fam trips and product inspections as per company needs
  • Attend suppliers’ events and partners’ meetings

PROFILE

  • Passionate about travel
  • Indonesian citizenship
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (+Spanish or French a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Inbound Tour Operator in Indonesia Luxury a plus)
  • Positive attitude, motivated, well organized, ambitious
  • Good destination knowledge of Indonesia
  • Ability to work under pressure
