Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IBM mainframe systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide immediate first-level troubleshooting and support in the event of system incidents or problems.
- Offer training and support to customers, helping them maximize the use and benefits of the mainframe systems.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Intikom, our customers, and our principles.
- Report and escalate complex issues, ensuring effective problem-solving and system performance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience working in the field of IT Infrastructure. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mainframes, servers, storage, and overall IT infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform first-level troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. The interview process will be conducted in English.
- Customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality support and solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and work under pressure.
