Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Company's internal information system runs in accordance with business developments and company needs
- Carry out planning and development of information systems for the future based on the company's business processes
- Providing support and solutions needed by users
- Carry out the process of identifying user needs that cannot be accommodated by the system
- Ensure user access rights in the system are in accordance with position authority
- Make a new system requirements analysis
- Create documentation for each ongoing project into the information system
- Information system OPEX monitoring
- Ensure that the company's internal information system does not experience disruption
- Carry out development of the system
- Ensure project implementation is in accordance with the business plan
- Create reports and upload them to internal website
