Applications & Creations Lab Team Lead- Your future position?

As an Applications & Creations Lab Team Lead with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will manage a small team of Technicians and coordinate daily lab operations, to facilitate successful creations and applications and ensure process continuity, according to goals and EH&S policies.

In this exciting role you also will:

• Manage the workload of team and act as contact in the lab for daily lab deliverables and for quality assurance.
• Ensure high service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyse the root cause on defects to eliminate and avoid repeat defects.
• Replenishment of the Lab consumables and inventories to ensure no downtime.
• Proper stock management of the Lab items to maintain proper records and disposal of expired materials.
• Continuous improvement to the work processes for better quality and efficiency.
• Help define applications protocols and procedures with other teams.
• Safely operate and manage lab equipment.
• Ensure the lab is in neat and orderly condition following good lab practices.
• Manage a small team of Technicians, plan, organize and improve their work, including to provide training.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor or Diploma's degree preferably Chemical or any related major.
• 4 5 years' experience in lab environment with 2 years' team management, preferably from Fragrance industry
• Good communication in English.
• Good sense of smell.
• Have technical knowledge & good problem solving.
• Open & flexible to adapt in changing work environment.
• Good personal conduct and working attitude.
