TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source UCO as a sustainable and renewable material for biofuel. We bulk, store, blend and deliver volumes of UCO to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.

Job Description:
- Assist and Organize origin’s (branch) day-to-day accounting procedures.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, include documented and record invoices.
- Perform monthly reconciliation for account, include identify and address account discrepancies.
- Check document completeness and accuracy for payment in banking system.
- Prepare journal of cash & bank HO in accounting system.
- Collect necessary supporting docs for each payment and archived in accounting records.
- Company's SIMODIS reporting.
- Update daily Forex Rate.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, have background in startup company is prioritized.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, Oracle NetSuite software is a plus.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures and having tax basic knowledge.
- An analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to WFO (SCBD, South Jakarta)
