We are looking for a Commercial Excellence who excels in both business development and project management. This role will be responsible for building and establishing B2B partnerships with both online and offline partners to generate qualified leads, as well as managing and executing strategic projects that drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Research Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential B2B partnership opportunities. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calling, emails, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives. Oversee timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals. Translate concepts into actionable strategies that align with partner and company objectives.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms with partners. Close deals by presenting value propositions that meet both partner and internal goals.
- Implementation & Performance Tracking: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth project rollout and partnership success. Establish processes to track, measure, and analyze partnership and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, with demonstrated expertise in managing projects and B2B partnerships. Fintech experience is a plus!
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and relationship building
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or related industries
