  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in performance management/Organizational Development (OD).
  • In-depth understanding of performance evaluation methods and KPI measurement.
  • Proficiency in using performance management tools and platforms, such as Balanced Scorecard or HRMS software.
  • Preferably possess Assessment Centre certification.
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Having good understanding of Balance Scorecard
  • Experienced in handling business process

Responsibilities

  • Manage organisational development to ensure performing organisation's target
  • Analyse, control, and update job descriptions, job qualifications, and organisational structure.
  • Analyse employee KPI achievements
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the KPI scheme to measure employee performance effectively.
