A Social Wellness Club are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our client's kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations in Canggu, Bali.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Creation: Develop and execute diverse, seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and international flavors.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Cost Management: Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, and purchasing to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
- Culinary Innovation: Stay abreast of culinary trends and integrate them into menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with the dining experience.
- Cultural Adaptation: Adapt culinary practices to meet local preferences while maintaining the restaurant’s standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary role, preferably in an expatriate setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in menu development and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of international cuisine and trends.
