We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and support various departments including Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related technical challenges and fulfill data infrastructure needs. You will work closely with data and analytics experts to enhance the functionality of our data systems. Your responsibilities will include assembling large, complex datasets, providing data-driven solutions to business challenges, and collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to implement data solutions. Additionally, you will design reports, performance measurement dashboards, and identify opportunities to enhance data quality and accuracy. Furthermore, you will be involved in implementing internal process improvements and building analytics tools to provide actionable insights into key business metrics such as customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related technical challenges and support data infrastructure needs.
- Work with data and analytics experts to enhance the functionality of data systems.
- Assemble large, complex datasets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
- Provide data-driven solutions or alternatives to business challenges.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and implement data solutions.
- Design reports and performance measurement dashboards to support business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Design and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery.
- Build analytics tools utilizing the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality conducive to collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
