Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven International Sales Representative to drive the growth and global presence of our CANNICE & Brick brands in the Asian market.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in gymnastics who is eager to develop a commercial career, leveraging their sports expertise and international business acumen.

This role involves frequent travel across Asia, as you will be the key point of contact for expanding our network, building client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet ambitious turnover and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Drive revenue growth and meet profitability targets for our CANNICE & Brick brands across Asian markets.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and expand our dealer network throughout Asia and increase direct sales to event organizations, including major events like the SEA Games and NF Games.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients, serving as the primary contact via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Market Analysis & Promotion: Identify local market trends and plan promotional activities around gymnastics and parkour events. Attend international and national trade shows to showcase our products.
  • Collaboration with Inside Sales: Partner with our Inside Sales Representative based in China to ensure accuracy in quotations and seamless logistics for export transactions.
  • Frequent Travel: Dedicate approximately 60-70% of your time traveling across the Asian region to engage directly with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience. Several years of international sales experience, especially in an export role within the sports equipment sector.
  • Product Expertise: Proven experience in selling gymnastics or sports equipment manufactured in China, with a track record of commercial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Commercial Skills: Ability to turn leads into successful sales and a portfolio of past commercial successes.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
