Food Innovation Staff (Factory Cikarang)

Job Descriptions :

• Develop new meat processing & other product regularly to update new variant
• Liaise with QA Division to decide the new factory product launch
• Liaise with Purchasing Division and suppliers to ensure raw material needs
• Develop standard recipe menu for new product factory, manage sensory panel test with production team to produce the approved new product
• Planning, monitor new product launch and existing product stability
• Reporting to Factory Food Innovation Junior Manager

Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor degree from Food Technology
• Min. 2 years have experience as Research & Development Staff in a F&B factory especially sausage product
• Have basic knowledge of food regulations such as food safety standars and food cost management
• Involve deep in internal and external audit (related to BPOM, Halal, BPJPH)
• Familiar with sensory panel test
• Creative, independent, fast response/learning
• Able to high mobility
• Willing to work placement at Food Factory Cikarang (Deltamas)
