Creativeans, an award-winning brand consultancy and venture studio is seeking a Social Media Content Creator Intern to help bring a vibrant FMCG brand to life. This position is available to start immediately. You’ll focus on creating engaging, trend-driven content for TikTok and Instagram, crafting a relatable and impactful brand voice that showcases our product and connects with our audience in Singapore.

As part of our team, you’ll immerse yourself in trend research, content ideation, and the creation of TikTok videos and IG reels, all with a focus on engaging the brand’s target audience in creative ways.

Job Scope

Conduct trend research to ensure the brand voice remains fresh and relevant

Conceptualize and execute content ideas

Film and edit TikTok videos and IG reels/stories

Support marketing and creative campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s tone and values

Requirements

Minimum 3-month internship with a focus on FMCG brand engagement

Skilled in TikTok and IG reel/story storyboarding, filming and editing

Familiar with FMCG trends and audience engagement strategies

Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment

Confident in front of and behind the camera

This position is based in our Jakarta office

Interview Process

Group Interview: Selected candidates will participate in a group interview.

Homework Test: After the group interview, candidates will receive a short brief and test to complete independently, demonstrating their content creation skills and alignment with the FMCG brand voice.

Final Interview: Shortlisted candidates who complete the homework will proceed to a final interview to present their ideas and vision.
