  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Responsible to manage end to end process of small to large purchases, with Medium to High level of complexity through RFx processes, including negotiating to secure advantageous terms and conditions
  • Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
  • Responsible to ensure the tender strategies, tender documentations and tender decisions are in compliance with the prevailing policy and procedures
  • Responsible to do contract settlement of any sourcing result
  • Review the existing contract to ensure that the contracts are up-to-date, free of legal weakness, and consistent with current business.
  • Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships including maintaining the Vendor Database
  • Spend analysis and reporting to track and report the key functional metrics to define cost optimization and improve the effectiveness
  • Responsible to manage day to day Procurement operations
  • Responsible to manage Vendor Performance Evaluation
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Demonstrate a “best in class” procurement practices in collaborating with cross functional teams to drive strategic sourcing activities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering related degree will be an advantage)
  • 7 years of sourcing experience in various Indirect Procurement areas (experienced in IT related category will be an advantage)
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Having good knowledge and experienced in using ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Having proper knowledge in spend and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong willing to learn
