Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Procedure & Compliance
- Manage dev team to follow scrum framework
- Experience Leading Project Team and lead every scrum meeting
- Maintain sprint backlog
- Create Project Timeline and Effectively communicate with Product Owner and Business Owner
- Work with IT Governance to ensure compliance to security policy
- Work with IT Architect to discuss solution design
Quality Assurance and Control
- Ensure dev team doing peer review
- Establish a good testing process
- Supervise Dev and QA team during project timeline
User Support
- Manage user complaint
- Manage dev team to do incident resolution
Documentation
- Build a documentation for each project and flow process
Job Specification
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 6 years of working experience as an IT professional
- Has experience in Life insurance system is preferable
- Good communication skill
- Strong managerial abilities
- Understand project management methodologies (Experience in Agile / Scrum development)
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Knowledge
- Scrum framework
- Java technology
- Java security
- Database
- Computer networking
- Insurance knowledge is an advantage
Others
- Passionate about learning and adapting to new technologies
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills
- Capable of managing dev team
- Able to work with minimal supervision
