Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Selection Intern at CANDINA GROUP. The intern will assist in the selection and screening of marine personnel, participate in training programs, and support the crew management team in day-to-day tasks. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the maritime industry and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment
  • No maritime industry experience required, training will be provided
  • Preferable Fresh graduate and youngest with aggressive learner
  • Ability to conduct up to 5 selections daily
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Familiarity with various recruitment needs for different positions
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (local time)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for internal communication
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI and Oracle is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills with HR, operations, and finance teams
