Role Description

This is a part-time role as sales consultant at Buldantour, 5 hours/day

What you will do:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram.
  • Meeting clients who visit the office to solve the problem or provide guidance on purchasing.
  • Creating various types of invoices, including advance payment invoices.
  • Performing data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinating with the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Support, Customer Service Experience skills
  • Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Adaptability: fast to learn
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
