Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs mastering network complexity and taking into account the supply constraints.
  • Conduct capacity planning to gain proactive visibility and analyze exceptions on supply constraint to make business decisions and mitigate the risks - conducting Scenario Planning, What if & Capacity Analysis.
  • Ensure balance product availability with optimal inventory levels to drive cost reductions ensuring the right material in the right location.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, production, and finance to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Troubleshoot/problem solve all administrative/supply chain related problems to ensure adequate stock management.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the supply planning process are adhered to by team members, and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance.
  • Ensure to follow the company's policy for restocking products by placing orders correctly and promptly, so that there's always enough stock available as needed.
  • Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Having knowledge in Supply Chain operations especially in the Retail and e-Commerce industry.
  • Having knowledge in fresh products.
  • Technical skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and any business process/projects management tools such as ERP.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and/or Inventory Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Ms. Office, preferably Ms. Excel.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and organized in a high growth environment.
  • Quickly adapt in a fast paced environment.
  • Agile and has a huge sense of ownership.
  • Curious and has a desire to grow.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving and comfortable with numbers/data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administration and time management skills
