Site Supervisor

A leading landscape design and construction studio in Indonesia, renowned for creating exceptional outdoor spaces that blend creativity, functionality, and sustainability, is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and highly organized professional with experience in supporting construction projects from start to finish. They should possess strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges. The candidate must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and work closely with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Open for local candidates.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture is required.
• At least two years of experience working in an Architectural or Landscape Design firm.
• Hands-on experience in construction processes.
• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Lumion proficiency is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of landscape or architectural principles.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Proactive and efficient, able to take initiative and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and project managers to align construction processes with design specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report updates, challenges, and milestones to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, site regulations, and company standards during construction phases.
• Oversee material deliveries, quality control, and site inspections to ensure consistency with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues that arise, ensuring efficient problem-solving and smooth project flow.
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve any on-site discrepancies.
• Conduct regular site assessments to ensure all work is completed according to plan and make necessary adjustments if required.
