JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan, develop and manage high-quality content across various platforms, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube), post and email in weekly basis
- Shoot, edit, and produce video content for digital platforms, including product demos, testimonials, or event highlights.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as reach, engagement. Use insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with the events team to produce content for in-store promotions, product launches, and retail events (e.g., banners, posters, standees, flyers).
- Work closely with store managers and visual merchandisers to ensure the offline content is visually compelling and aligns with the digital narrative.
- Attend retail activations and events to capture live content, engage with customers, and promote brand experiences through real-time digital platforms.
- Plan and execute content-driven digital campaigns for retail activations, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms (social media, microsites, email marketing).
REQUIREMENTS
- Education background/major: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Intermediate English skill
- 2-4 years working experience in the same position or related field.
- Experienced in Graphic design or video editing skills. Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects
- Strong writing and editing skills for both digital and print formats.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
