  • Provide clean and clear claim information to member.
  • Prepare and provide claim report (weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • provide clean and clear information as a response to member’s inquiries.
  • Responsible for member’s data and personal information.

Qualifications:

  • Medical knowledge background (nurse/midwife).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Health Insurance Company.
  • Having claim analyst experience in Insurance company would be an advantage.
