Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Engineer at PT Bintang Mas Karya Nusantara located in Bekasi Selatan. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, process control, electrical engineering, and automation on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Automation design for industrial plant at least 3 years
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in Commissioning activity
  • Experience in PLC programming work at least 3 years, as the reference is Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Experience in User Interface programming work at least 3 years, as the reference is In Touch, FT View and WinCC
  • Technical Knowledge in S88 & S95 for batch standards
  • Technical Knowledge of Electrical Design and Electrical International Standard Such as IEC, UL, CE, NEC, etc
  • Technical Knowledge of Instrumentation i.e. Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Load cell, Conductivity, etc
  • Technical Knowledge of process automation in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, and Chemical industries
  • Able to prepare budgets and schedules
  • Analysis skills for troubleshooting program, electrical components and wiring
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Customer oriented
  • Troubleshooting and Process Control skills
  • Experience in industrial automation systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
