  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job details:

- Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences and behavior of OMO!'s target users!

- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide insight into user experience

- Design and carry out usability testing to evaluate existing designs and provide recommendations.

- Carry out research using various methods, such as interviews, surveys, FGDs, etc. according to project needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to ensure that research results are integrated into the design process

- Prepare comprehensive research documentation and present research results reports and recommendations for further development of the platform

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Computer Science, Information Engineering or related field

- Minimum 3 years work experience in qualitative and quantitative research, especially for digital products

- Strong ability in using research tools such as Maze, Dovetail, Google Suites, Typeform, etc

- Have excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.

- Having research experience in the financial or banking industry is an added advantage

Job type: Contract Fulltime Onsite- Jakarta, Working Onsite: Monday-Friday; WFO in Jakarta
