Our client, a leading multinational consumer products company, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their HR function in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning HR practices with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company’s growth and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage HR operations in compliance with local labor laws and global corporate policies.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters, promoting a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
