Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company’s growth and performance goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage HR operations in compliance with local labor laws and global corporate policies.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters, promoting a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
- Champion organizational development initiatives and ensure effective talent pipeline and succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
