Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large language models (LLMs) and will be responsible for developing and deploying AI solutions that leverage LLMs to enhance our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intelligent workflows and ensure the successful transition of prototypes to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate knowledge bases and LLM infrastructure to support AI initiatives.
  • Fine-tune large language models using custom datasets to improve performance and relevance.
  • Deploy AI solutions across various formats, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
  • Design and implement intelligent and automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transition prototypes to production, utilizing methods such as:

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Optimized prompt chaining techniques, including Chain of Thought (CoT) and Tree of Thought (ToT)

- Domain-specific fine-tuning for tailored applications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AI engineering, particularly with large language models.
  • Strong understanding of AI deployment techniques and infrastructure.
  • Expertise in data fine-tuning and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and intelligent system design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
